Raysons industries is one of the leading and largest manufacturers of Resin Coated Sand or precoated sand or shell sand used in various types of foundries for shell, moulds, & cores. The company is in the field for last 15 years having a manufacturing capacity of about 1500MT per month (18000 MT per year), it is one of the leading Resin Coated Sand manufacturing company in the country.

Raysons has a well developed and maintained Quality Management system with ISO-9001:2000 certification. It is India 's first Resin Coated Sand manufacturing unit to receive ISO- 9002 certification from QAS, Australia .


We manufacture wide range of various grades of sand from 2.5% to 6.5% resin contents used for foundries manufacturing Iron, Steel, Aluminum, Alloy and Bronze castings and other applications. We also pioneer in custom formulating sands to meet the needs of individual foundries depending upon the specific job requirements and thus substituting the international products. All our units have a well developed and fully equipped testing laboratory

to test almost all critical and important parameters of inputs & Resin Coated Sand fulfilling all the international standards. Besides these Raysons can develop a tailor made product to suit exact customer needs like low gas sands, high permeability or collapsibility sands.

Founded in 1991, SBR Industries is involved in manufacturing of Quality RESIN COATED SAND (Pre coated Sand) or Shell Sand which is used in Ferrous & Non Ferrous Foundries. SBR Industries has adopted and developed Quality System and is awarded by ISO 9002 in 1997 by QAS, Australia.

DURGAMATA FOUNDRY:

Founded in 1996, SHRI DURGAMATA FOUNDRY is involved in manufacturing of Quality RESIN COATED SAND (Pre coated Sand) or Shell Sand which is used in Ferrous & Non Ferrous Foundries.

It is located in gokulshirgaon industrial estate, catering to the needs of niche markets.

R R SAND INDUSTRIES:

Resin coated sand manufacturing unit which started operations from June 2003. The unit is manufacture specific quality and grades of sand according to customer requirements.
